Classification and application of plastic film

Plastic film is a film made of polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene and other resins. It is mainly used for packaging and film covering. Nylon film (PA)

Features: good transparency, good heat resistance, cold resistance, oil resistance and organic solvent resistance, excellent wear resistance and puncture resistance, relatively soft, excellent oxygen resistance, good luster, high tensile strength and tensile strength;

Application: suitable for packaging hard goods, such as greasy food, fried food, vacuum packaged food, meat products, steamed food, etc.

Polyester film (PET)

Features: excellent physical and chemical properties, dimensional stability, transparency and recyclability;

Application: it can be widely used in electronics, electrical insulation, magnetic recording, industrial film, photosensitive materials, packaging decoration and other fields.

Features: shading and anti ultraviolet radiation, which can prolong the shelf life of the contents;

PVA coated high barrier film

Cast polypropylene film (CPP)

Features: excellent transparency, uniform thickness, and uniform performance in vertical and horizontal directions;

Usage: it is generally used as the inner material of composite film, such as gift bag, etc.

Low density polyethylene film (LDPE)

Features: it has good chemical stability, heat sealing, water resistance and moisture resistance, freezing resistance and boiling ability;

Application: it is often used for inner film of composite flexible packaging materials.

Biaxially oriented polypropylene film (BOPP)

Features: good physical stability, mechanical strength, air tightness, high transparency and gloss, tough and wear-resistant;

Usage: suitable for holding dry food.
