Condiments mainly refer to herbs and spices. Vanilla is the leaf of various plants. They can be fresh, air dried or ground. Spices are the seeds, buds, fruits, flowers, bark and roots of plants. The flavor of spices is much stronger than vanilla. In some cases, a plant can be used to produce both vanilla and spices. Some condiments are made of a mixture of spices (such as red pepper powder) or a mixture of herbs (such as seasoning bags). It is widely used in diet, cooking and food processing to improve the taste of food and has the functions of removing fishiness, removing mutton, relieving greasiness, increasing aroma and freshness.
Condiment refers to the products used for seasoning made from grain and vegetables through fermentation, pickling, hydrolysis, mixing and other processes. As condiment is an auxiliary material in catering and cooking, it is impossible to consume a large amount of one-time like rice noodles. Therefore, there are some special requirements for condiment packaging. Small bag packaging can well solve this requirement, so the automatic packaging film came into being.
Sugar and salt packaging:
Sugar and salt have been packed in cloth bags, especially for large-scale transportation. But plastic bags are the main form of sales packaging. For a long time, there has been little change in packaging specifications. In recent years, some changes have taken place in the types of salt. Some functional salt products such as iodized salt have entered the market and have gradually become the mainstream. The packaging of salt has increased the requirements of text description.
At present, the packaging of sugar is still mainly plastic bags, but the development trend is obviously paper bag packaging. It is more in line with the requirements of environmental protection and is a trend packaging; In addition, the functionality of paper is not what it used to be. It can have high strength, good moisture resistance and printability. Bag making technology has also made great progress.
At present, it seems that there is no effort in the packaging design of sugar and salt in China, and the appearance is very monotonous. If there are some new packaging designs, consumers will easily accept them.
Sauce packaging:
The packaging of sauce viscous goods is divided into two categories: bags and bottles. Low grade sauce is mainly packed in plastic bags. Some medium and high-grade sauces, such as chili sauce, tomato sauce and all kinds of jam, are packaged in glass bottles and equipped with plastic covers to facilitate multiple opening and closing. Some sauces are also added with aluminum-plastic sealing film to prolong the shelf life. Special shaped bottles mainly appear on some high-grade sauce packages, such as salad dressing. Small capacity packaging of seasoning sauce, such as tomato sauce used in fast food restaurants, basically adopts aluminum-plastic composite packaging.
